Santa Rosalia UPDATE!!!
This is an UPDATE on the progress of the Malacon Restoration in Santa Rosalia, BCS.
The work is still scheduled to be completed by the end of the month.
This notice has been put up during the construction, however, the project was not started until about Dec 1, 2004.
The loads of rocks are a different project.
These photos are of rock being hauled from a quarry north of Santa Rosalia.

Life is GREAT in Santa Rosalia… weather is great…come on down!!!
It is a two month long project that began the first week of December 2004.
There have been some slow downs due to rain and wind and of course
THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
All of us are anxiously awaiting the completion of this work.
That's where the rumor came up that completion would be January 2005.
Over 300 loads have been hauled so far.
Each load is weighed to keep track of the statistics of this construction project.
This renovation is for the sheering up of the pier in the marina after the damage Hurricane Marty inflicted.
